On 19 October, Uzbekistan and U.S. partners announced industrial cooperation initiatives involving Wabtec for railway equipment and component localisation, as well as ReElement Technologies, Traxys and Trafigura for critical-minerals exploration, processing technology and resource supply. These initiatives formed part of the wider 54-agreement package worth approximately US$12 billion upon implementation; individual industrial project budgets were not itemised in the government summary.
Industrial operators, manufacturers and logistics companies can explore opportunities in component production, equipment sourcing and supply-chain development. HPC can support inventory analytics, demand forecasting and supplier-performance systems; the overall package value is not a confirmed award to any single industrial supplier.
