The U.S.–Uzbekistan business programme announced on 19 October included initiatives involving GE HealthCare, focused on medical technologies and healthcare cooperation. The broader package comprised 54 agreements and prospective initiatives worth approximately US$12 billion across multiple sectors, but no separate value for the healthcare component or a specific medical-equipment contract was disclosed.
Medical suppliers, healthcare providers and technology consultants can explore opportunities in diagnostic equipment, digital health and hospital systems. HPC can support healthcare data management, operational analytics and technology planning; the US$12 billion figure applies to the overall package and should not be treated as a healthcare contract price.
